Here's what you can look forward to
- Working in the Squad “We enable Modern Workplace” as functional team lead with a strong business mindset, focusing on Endpoint management and security, Microsoft 365 and Power Platform, Software distribution and end user device strategy
- Acting as a supportive technical leader, enabling the cross-functional team (squad) to develop their own best possible solutions and provide the knowledge required to achieve them
- Translating the Tribe's strategy and long-term goals into the Squad's mission, goals and its short-term objectives. Developing a product vision, evaluating requirements and creating a roadmap with focus topics.
- Close collaboration with stakeholders (IT / Information Security, Workers Council, Data Protection), end users & squad members to identify and prioritize features that meet customer needs, by translating requirements to technical tasks for the Squad
- Representing an active role in an agile setup, by removing obstacles together with Agile Coaches, that impact on the successful completion of the team's release/sprint objectives
- Creation, management and handling of backlog elements such as Epics and Stories, based on the vision and overall objectives, ensuring alignment and commitment on Squad level
- Build and present business cases for digital feature investments to demonstrate value and ROI, and lead the development and implementation of new digital value-add features in the Tribe
What we require of you
- You have successfully completed a degree or training in the field of computer science or a related field or have a comparable qualification and have at least 5 years of professional experience in this field
- You have demonstrated very good knowledge and experience in the design, operation or administration of digital collaboration platforms, preferably Microsoft 365 and Entra ID
- Advanced know-how in at least one of the areas of client/server infrastructure, Microsoft 365 endpoint management, IT security client optimization, Microsoft Entra ID or virtual desktop environments
- You have initial experience in the (technical) management of teams and understand how to structure workflows in a goal-oriented manner
- Customer centricity and entrepreneurial action are close to your heart and you enjoy working (in parallel) on a wide variety of topics in cross-functional teams
- You are a strong communicator in German and English and always find the right way to communicate your positions to different internal and external stakeholders
