At ista, we offer a complete range of commercial hot and cold water flow meters for all types of properties, whether for apartments, houses or bulk water meters. Our water meters are equipped with precise measuring technology that accurately records water consumption and allows for consumption-based billing. This ensures that even the smallest leaks, such as from dripping taps, are accounted for in the billing process.

Cold water meters are located in every property unit and measure the individual water consumption, e.g. from tap water or the washing machine. This consumption forms the basis for your water bill.

Hot water meters are used in property units if the hot water is centrally-heated in the boiler in the basement. This ensures that the hot water costs can be billed fairly according to consumption in the heating bill.
