Brand campaign with murals: ista gives buildings a future

- In-house agency "ista Creative Studio" puts customer needs at the center of an international brand campaign

- Largest ista advertising campaign of its kind so far

- Rebranding shows ista in new, modern look

- Campaign and rebranding show successful transformation of the company: to a full-service provider for climate protection solutions in the building sector

ista presents itself in a new look and launches its biggest brand campaign ever: buildings become protagonists themselves and emobody the key message “ista gives buildings a future”. With its new brand identity and this campaign, ista is using its entire range of services to show how properties become more climate-friendly, safer, more digital and therefore future-proof. ‘We are consistently driving forward our strategy of becoming the full-service provider that supports CO2 reduction, digitalisation and efficient property management,’ says ista CEO Hagen Lessing.

Brand campaign turns buildings themselves into protagonists

“Murals” are the highlights of the campaign: works of art on buildings that turn the buildings themselves into protagonists. The motifs were conceived and designed by various artists, then digitally implemented on different kinds of buildings and each carrying a specific message to the public.

Campaign is a complete in-house production

The brand campaign was completely designed and largely realized in-house by ista Creative Studio in Berlin (Germany). "We give buildings a future is more than just the guiding principle of our first brand campaign of this size," says Nikolai Diepenbrock, Head of Marketing & Brand. "It makes the brand essence 'future viability' tangible and highlights what ista accomplishes on daily basis: Making properties sustainable and future-proof."

Many short-term innovations aim at reducing energy and CO2 emission

"We give homes a future is more than just the guiding principle of the first brand campaign of this size," says Nikolai Diepenbrock, Head of Marketing & Brand. "It makes the brand essence of 'sustainability' tangible and summarises what ista contributes to on a daily basis: Making properties sustainable and future-proof." ista has already expanded its product range several times in recent years and offers ESG data management, EV charging, smart heating control and metering point operation for electricity, gas and district heating, among other things. In this way, ista is driving forward the implementation of its strategy to become a full-service provider for climate protection solutions in the building sector.
